Terms of Sale

1. Purchase process

Orders are placed through this website, via WhatsApp (+34 630 677 477) or by email. Orders paid by card on the website are confirmed at the moment of payment. For orders via WhatsApp or email (Bizum or bank transfer), Vinos Master SL will confirm availability and send you payment instructions within a maximum of 24 business hours.

2. Prices and payment methods

All prices shown on this website include applicable VAT. The accepted payment methods are:

• Bank transfer
• Bizum
• Credit/debit card through the secure Redsys gateway (immediate payment when completing the order)

The order will not be processed until payment is confirmed.

3. Stock availability

Given the exclusive and limited nature of Vega Sicilia wines, availability may vary. If a product is not available after your order has been placed, we will inform you immediately and either issue a full refund or offer you an alternative.

4. Shipping

• Standard delivery to mainland Spain: €11.50 (free for orders over €250)
• Balearic Islands: price on request
• Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: price on request (additional customs costs)
• Delivery time: 24–72 working hours in mainland Spain from payment confirmation
• Summer break: from 1 May to 15 September we suspend deliveries to guarantee product quality. Orders placed during this period are processed from 16 September.

Shipments are made with companies specialised in transporting wine (MRW, SEUR or others), with suitable packaging to guarantee the integrity of the bottles.

5. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, contact us at info.vinosmaster@gmail.com or on +34 630 677 477. The product must be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Return costs are borne by the buyer, unless the product is defective or not the one ordered.

6. Returns and complaints

If you receive a product in poor condition or different from the one ordered, contact us within 24 hours of receipt, attaching photographs. We will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

7. Guarantees

All wines sold by Vinos Master SL are authentic products acquired directly from the producer or through official distribution channels. Their traceability and authenticity are guaranteed.

8. Age restriction

The sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under 18 is prohibited. By placing an order, the customer declares that they are of legal age and accepts that Vinos Master SL may require proof of age at the time of delivery.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts in accordance with current Spanish regulations, without prejudice to the consumer's right to use consumer arbitration boards.
